Financial Aid Application Process at Coursera | Get Paid Courses for Free

Coursera is one of top leading company among the online certifications. It's Rated as B Grade Institute for Online Courses for various fields and popular careers.

There are many courses available for free on coursera but doesn't have much value. The Paid Courses available on Coursera are better and have a value in the career.

This Paid Certification courses are for more than a month just like quarterly or at least 6/months long; it all depends upon the student or learner pursuing the course.

The Biggest Advantage of Online Courses are that they have Flexible Timing to Attend Courses or Lectures as they are recorded already.

Not Everyone can afford such courses like some courses offered by Coursera starts from 1K to 5K depending upon specialization.

If you can afford to pay the amount for the paid courses than it's fine, but those cannot this article will be very beneficial for them.

So, Let's Get Started -

Step 1 - Go to Coursera's Homepage.

Step 2 - Search for your Specialization Course. Just for Eg. I'll Search for "IBM DATASCIENCE PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE"

So, there are total 10 Courses in this Professional Certificate. You Can Apply Individually One-By-One to Each Course for the Financial Aid.

Here, I'll Show you How to Apply for Financial Aid For One of the Course in the Professional Certificate.

So, I have Chosen Course-1 "What is Data Science" and you can see the original price of the module i.e. ₹1,654/mo. But This Amount will be Skipped after we apply for Financial Aid.

So, Click Next and the application form process will start. There are total 2 parts of the application which are so crisp.

So, In the Part - 1, Fill the Details as per told here.

So, In the Part - 2, Fill the Details as per told here.

And submit the application. I'll take upto 15 days to review and approve the application.

Note: After Applying Don't Start the Free Trial, Your Application will get Cancelled.

This Financial Aid Facility is a good initiative by Coursera for those who cannot afford to pay. So, do not misuse this. If you apply for any course and get approved, please complete the course honestly. You'll also get Certification for Each Module after completion of each module or course. 

While Filling the Application Form, As we have experienced "Approval" i.e. Student, No Income (0), Cannot Afford to Pay always get approved.

As we've never faced rejection but still for a better side mentioning here.
