Setup Auto-Refresh on Blogger Platform

Hello Audience, In this Article I will show you how to enable auto-fresh in your Blogger Blog in very simple steps.

If you're still unknown to What Auto-Refresh in Blogger is then there's nothing to worry. I will explain you each and every detail of auto-refresh in Blogger.

Note- You Can Also Use this Trick in WordPress.

Auto-Refresh itself means that it will auto-refresh your blog in the set-timer.

So, Let's get Started...

Step-By-Step Procedure

Step 1 - Head to Blogger Dashboard > Themes > Edit HTML

Step 2 - Copy and Paste this Code in between <head> and </head> tag of your blogger theme.
<meta content='60' http-equiv='refresh'/>

Note- The Text Marked with Green Colour in the Timer (Seconds). It's By Default "60" Seconds.

Step 3 - Click SAVE.

Step 4 - You're Done.

Let's talk about the Advantages and Disadvantages of Auto-Refresh on Blogger.

Advantages :-

Mainly, you can say there are 3 advantages of auto-refresh in Blogger.

  • It will Increase the Visitor's Count and Increase Traffic in your Blog.
  • It will help you to rank your blog/website in Google Search Engine.
  • If you're AdSense User, It will increase your Earning via auto-refreshing and showing new Ads each time to the User.
Point No.2 (refer), Ranking of Website or Blog in Google Search Engine; directly means that auto-refresh will replicate the same user again and again; Google will think there's something interesting and will rank your Blog-Post at the top in Search Engine. I Know Google's AI are very strong, but if you keep your auto-refresh timer on 60 Seconds which is by-default then it will not be manipulating.

Disadvantages :-

There are not such serious disadvantages with the Auto-Refresh in Blogger; until and unless you have set the timer too fast.
If you set the Timer too fast then it will auto-refresh often in every while. My Recommendation is to set the timer to 60 Seconds.
If you Set the Timer very fast then, Google will think you're Manipulating Traffic and you're blog may be black-listed and banned from Google AdSense.
